There was a comment on YouTube translating it loosely: The guy is on the phone saying he can't find the address -- then he sees an 8 on the dumpster and the name VigVam. He finally finds the office and says he's looking for required state insurance. Everyone bails. It ends saying if they don't want a problem with this insurance then they should go with a reliable company. He adds that it's amazingly accurate!
