The key to living happily ever after is in understanding and therefore trusting the process.
In other words, feel the difference [between] when you're on your way somewhere and you know it's a sure thing so the anticipation is just delicious anticipation, and then that feeling of wanting to be somewhere and you have no idea if you'll ever get there.
And the thing we're wanting you to keep practicing is, know that it's a sure thing.
In other words, you will never be let down. Know that it's a sure thing and in that knowing that it's a sure thing then you don't have to 'this red hot minute' make it manifest.
It is only when you finally really get it that whatever you want is an absolutely sure thing, it's just the timing of it that you're not in control of, that you really start enjoying the savoring of the unfolding.
And we think that the reason so many of you stand in a place of discord between when you've launched a rocket and when it's manifested fully in your experience is not because you understand that it's coming. The discord is because you're really not sure that it's coming. You think it might not come and in your awareness of the absence of it you can hardly stand that!
So the work that we offer, what we're always wanting to assist you in understanding is:
IT'S COMING! IT'S A SURE THING!
It's just a matter of how long any of you are going to hold yourself vibrationally apart from it!
And once you really get that and stop torturing yourself with thoughts of lack and you start soothing yourself with those thoughts of anticipation, then you begin to be the savorer that you've come forth to be.

I just love this quote! It's become a mantra for me lately whenever I feel unease of any kind. I just feel a gentle of wave of relief whenever I think it.
Abraham is advising us to practice positive thoughts about our desires to come into alignment with their vibration. One easy way I use is creating a document in Notebook to keep quotes, notes or anything else I want readily available on my computer desktop. I enter the quote in Notebook, then create a shortcut and drag it from Windows Explorer onto my desktop. Notebook is such a small program that with two clicks on the shortcut the quote pops up for easy viewing. I don't need to open it often though because I get an alignment boost when I see the name of the file, "It's a sure thing," whenever I glance at my desktop. I use this technique for new quotes or notes whenever I want to align with a new desire.
Another easy way to align is to make a creation card, tip #5 in my post 10 ways to turn downstream to Well-Being.
Tip #5: Make a creation card. One time I had a little glossy card advertising a play I wanted to attend. I didn't have the funds to go, but every once in awhile I would touch the colorful card and smile. I went to a meeting a week later and a woman gave me two tickets to the play because she and her husband couldn't attend. What fun! Last week I got a plain note card and wrote the affirmation that was just what I wanted. I drew colorful stars and decorated it so that I felt good when I looked at it. I would touch it briefly or read it every once in awhile. On Friday I received exactly what I had asked for. It was a wonderful feeling! I'm definitely adding creation cards to my deliberate creating toolbox.
You are blessed beings, who deserve Well-being, and Well-being is making its way to you at all times. If you will relax and find a way to allow it -- it will be your experience.

I love this. It is so helpful right now. I made two creation cards this weekend and I plan on making more :-). I really like the idea and it makes me focus. I have put mine where I see them everyday.
Have a wonderful week!
Hi Annie!
As the creative soul you are, I'm sure your cards are delightful! I'm so glad you are enjoying them.
The first week I made the cards I delightfully received what I wanted that Friday. I made an addition to it the week after that: I added the words "I accept" above my affirmation to boost my alignment in believing it is really true.
Wishing you all kinds of good things this week, Annie.
I hadn't heard of "creation cards" but it reminds me of a miniature inspiration or vision board. Cool!
Hi Gina,
I have to chuckle, you haven't heard about them because I invented creation cards myself two or three weeks ago and the write-up was supposed to tell you how I did it.
I called it a creation card because that's what it is, in the same way Abe's creation box or similar ideas work. However, the initial example I gave with the theatre ticket happened several years ago.
I'll have to rewrite that paragraph so it's much clearer!
Glad you enjoyed it.
